  • Available for your selected service only. 
  • Only one guest experience voucher per new guest - a choice of either massage or facial.
  • Any other services booked for the same appointment are available at full price.
  • Available with selected therapists only.
  • The facial is only available with the purchase of a full-price home care starter kit (priced at £39.99).
  • Facial appointment includes 60-minute treatment plus 15 minutes consultation.
  • Massage appointment is 60 minutes including consultation.
  • Additional appointment time may be added if needed following consultation.
  • Available to new beauty guests only.  
  • Existing Michelle Marshall hair guests are eligible for this beauty experience.
  • Cannot be used with any other offers.
