Style Director and Salon Manager Georgia has been in the hair industry for over 15 years. She has a strong passion for all aspects of hairdressing and her specialities include creative cutting, hair colouring, colour correction and blonding services. She particularly enjoys creating wedding hair and the variety of special occasion looks and styles that involves.
She has been part of the Michelle Marshall Salon management team for several years and loves helping the team become the best version of themselves. She says “It’s essential to have a strong, motivated team so we can deliver the best possible service to our guests“.

What do you love about your job?
I love the creativity! No two guests or two days are ever the same. I get to meet so many amazing people, create beautiful hair and, most importantly, make my guests feel good about themselves.
What is your ultimate ambition?
To keep learning, pushing myself creatively and becoming the best stylist I can be. I’d love to be known for creating hair that makes people feel confident and fabulous!
How would you describe yourself in three words?
Creative, caring and perfectionist!
Which celebrity would you like to walk into the salon?
Definitely Jennifer Aniston! I’d love to get my hands on that iconic hair.
Who or what inspires you?
I’m inspired by other stylists, fashion, trends and, of course, my guests. I love seeing a new look or technique and thinking “I have to try that!”
Which three beauty products would you take with you if you were stranded on a desert island?
A good hair treatment – because my hair would definitely need it! Dry shampoo, because you never know when you might need to fake a fresh blow dry, and my favourite styling products to keep things looking bouncy and volumised, even if I’m stranded!
