Senior Hair Stylist Job Description
- Deliver creative and precision cutting and styling to an exceptional standard, ensuring every client leaves feeling their best.
- Perform advanced hair colouring techniques, showcasing expertise and staying up to date with the latest trends.
- Provide outstanding customer service while building and maintaining a loyal clientele.
- Advise clients on aftercare and recommend appropriate treatments to maintain the health and look of their hair.
- Be a valued member of the Michelle Marshall Salon team, supporting colleagues and actively promoting the MMS brand with professionalism and passion.
Role Requirements
To be considered for this role you will need to be:
– Qualified to NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Hairdressing.
– Have at least 3 years salon experience.
– Experienced in hair cutting, styling, and colouring to an advanced level within a salon setting.
– A team player with exceptional customer service skills, ensuring every guest leaves feeling their best.
– Committed to developing your craft, staying ahead of trends, and continuously building your expertise.
– Professional, reliable, and enthusiastic about delivering outstanding results.
– Experienced at growing a clientele (or bringing an existing clientele).
