What happens if I don't use all my blow dries in a month?
«Unused blow dries cannot be rolled over to the following month.
Each month you get 4 - 8 fresh blow dry appointments (depending on your membership) so we recommend booking them in advance to make the most of the Club.
How long is the membership contract?
«Your membership runs for an initial 1-year term. After that, it automatically continues on a rolling monthly basis, so you can keep enjoying your blow dries month-to-month.
You're free to cancel any time after the first 3 months. Check our full Terms and Conditions for more details.
Can I transfer my membership to someone else or give it as a gift?
«Memberships are personal to you and cannot be transferred to another person.
However, you can purchase a gift membership for someone special! They'll receive their own individual membership account to enjoy.
What if I need to pause my membership temporarily?
«No problem! You can freeze your membership for a minimum of 1 month up to a maximum of 3 months per year. Just submit a freeze request in writing, and your membership benefits will be held while your account is paused. Check our full Terms and Conditions for more details.
What happens if I miss an appointment?
«We ask that you give at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in forfeited services or additional fees, so it's best to let us know as soon as possible if your plans change.
